Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. DMV fees and use taxes paid to the State of California are subject to DMV refund policies, not our refund policy. We will assist in requesting DMV refunds when applicable, but we cannot guarantee DMV will issue refunds.
Zaks Auto Registration is an authorized DMV business partner, not a California DMV office. We cannot:

Dealer pricing is based on transaction volume and is subject to credit approval. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate dealer services agreement.
You may cancel service before we begin processing your transaction for a full refund of service fees (DMV fees and use taxes may not be refundable). Once processing has begun, service fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any customer if:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising from these terms must be brought in San Diego County, California.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney's fees.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
